Egidio, CEI\/Caritas, FCEI, Tavola Valdese, ARCI, INMP) and international organisations (UNHCR, IOM) fostering the establishment of &#8220;humanitarian corridors&#8221; in favor of <strong>1,200 Afghan citizens<\/strong> living in vulnerable conditions in Iran and Pakistan, with particular attention to women and children. On 7th April 2025, an Addendum was signed to establish the extention of the initiative to\u00a0 another <strong>700 beneficiaries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In August 2021, as part of the Operation managed by the Ministry of Defense called \u201cAquila Omnia\u201d, Italy evacuated more than <strong>5,000 people<\/strong> from Afghanistan, including 4,890 Afghan citizens.
