In the face of a <a href=\"https:\/\/ambkabul.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/AFG-WBG-pamphlet-Sep-2025.pdf\">fragile macroeconomic environment<\/a> and a political framework characterized by restrictions and constraints, the resilience of female entrepreneurship is a driving force for change and growth, particularly evident in the most dynamic local communities.
