The applications to the Master Degree in International Security Studies (MISS), in collaboration with the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, and the Master Degree in European and International Studies (MEIS) are now open. Both degrees are offered in English.
The admission announcements for non-European candidates is open until March 4, 2026 (this category includes candidates who: 1. hold citizenship from non-European Union countries and are not resident in Italy; 2. hold citizenship from non-European Union countries with a student residence permit in Italy and without residency in Italy; 3. hold citizenship from non-European Union countries with a temporary protection permit, without residency in Italy, and who have not obtained a high school diploma in Italy).
For the academic year 2026/2027, the University of Trento offers 2 scholarships for the Master Degree in International Security Studies and 2 scholarships for the Master Degree in European and International Studies. These scholarships worth 7,200 euros per year. The exemption from tuition fees extends to a larger number of students based on the scores awarded in the admission ranking. An additional funding possibility is dedicated to descendants of emigrants from Trentino.
