In consideration of the ongoing hostilities between Afghanistan and Pakistan and the intense bombing of the city of Kabul (February 26-27, 2026) affecting also the central areas of the capital, as well as the drone attacks targeting the city of Kandahar and the violent border clashes, Italians still present in Afghanistan are urged to leave the country as soon as possible using any commercial flights still available.
